What is Zeno ?

Zeno is a free-to-use app is for business travellers whose companies are signed-up (via their Travel Management Company) to use Zeno - the next generation Travel and Expense technology for business, brought to you by Serko.

The Zeno app gives travellers access to their full travel itinerary and, subject to permission, the ability to book and change trips. It is the ideal companion for anyone travelling on business, making business travel a less stressful and more productive experience.

Travel Concierge capability, which adds flight alerts, maps, real-time traffic information, City Safe data and a variety of other information feeds, helps to make business travel a more streamlined experience.

If using Zeno for Expense as well as Travel, the Zeno app uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to process images of receipts. Expenses captured and submitted via the app are automatically matched with corporate card purchases, where a corresponding transaction exists.

Just download the Zeno app and enter your Zeno login credentials to access all your Travel and Expense information.
